Collect the evaluation forms from the participants and the providers.
The results of the evaluation will assist you in determining whether
you met your goals for the health fair, how well the employees liked
the fair, and whether there should be any changes for next year.
Participant Evaluations
Analyze the categories on the evaluation form. For some questions,
you might consider using percentages in addition to numbers of responses.
This will give you a better indication of the results.
For instance, let's assume you have 125 evaluation forms and are
ready to tabulate the results. Let's take some examples from the
sample participant evaluation form below.

Note that in this example, participants could check as many categories
as they wished, so the number of responses will not always equal
the total number of participants. Analyzing these data you can easily
see what things most motivated your participants. In this example,
free food was the highest motivator, followed by health screenings
and learning about health issues. Getting away from work was not
a major motivator. Use this information to plan the next health
fair!
Now lets take a look at how to analyze answers from a different
sort of response mechanism.

If everyone completed the question in this example, your total number
of responses should equal the total number of participants (125)
and your percentage of participants should equal 100%.
Provider Evaluations
The provider evaluations will also give you excellent feedback from
the providers' perspective. Calculate and analyze the evaluations
exactly like the participant evaluations.
We have found it helpful to ask the providers to estimate the cost
of the service, products, samples, raffle prizes, or giveaways that
they provided at their booth. This type of analysis is especially
revealing when you have little or no budget for your health fair
and are depending solely on donated services. It may amaze you how
much your health fair was actually worth!
